Rose Davis Construction was founded with the help and guidance of Jacqueline Foster, who has spent more than 40 years in the real estate industry. That background helped shape a practical approach to renovation, property value, and project decision-making.
The company is the product of a lifetime around construction and more than 15 years of hands-on experience renovating homes throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The owner also holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University in commercial real estate development.

How quickly will you respond to an estimate request?
We aim to respond to new estimate requests within one business day and schedule a walkthrough based on project location and availability.
Do you provide written scopes and pricing?
Yes. Projects are documented with a written scope and pricing structure so the work, allowances, and expectations are clear before construction begins.
Do you coordinate permits?
Permit requirements depend on the scope. When permits are required, responsibilities and required inspections are addressed as part of the project planning and contract.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
Warranty terms, when applicable to the scope, are provided in writing with the project agreement so coverage and exclusions are clear before work begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
